IMAP/NAMESPACE support in Archiveopteryx

The NAMESPACE command asks the server what its mailbox namespace looks like. Clients can use that command to offer sensible GUI operations for mailbox browsing.

Archiveopteryx uses a simple mailbox tree, looking very much like a Unix/MS-DOS file system:

Canonical nameRelative nameType
/(none)Placeholder
/users(none)Placeholder
/users/arnt(none)Placeholder
/users/arnt/inboxinboxPersonal mailbox
/users/arnt/lists/aoxlists/aoxPersonal mailbox
/users/arnt/spamspamPersonal mailbox
/oryx/info(none)Shared mailbox

The LITERAL+ extension is part of the LEMONADE group of extensions.
