Archiveopteryx 1.13

1.13 was released on 2006-11-27, one week later than scheduled.

Changes since 1.12:

Upgrading to this release is a two-step process. After installing the new version, you should stop the servers and run "aox upgrade schema" as usual. Then start the servers and run "aox update database", which will run for a potentially very long time.

Note that "aox vacuum" is now independent of Postgres VACUUM, and you must run the latter either via autovacuum (recommended), or vacuumdb. We suggest that you run "aox vacuum" (no -b) once a day via cron.

The next release is 1.14, expected on 2007-01-15 (in seven weeks). We're also switching to a five-week release cycle thereafter. Our future plans are described in our roadmap.
